本政策说明 PanGrab Pro 浏览器扩展及其后端服务（“我们”）如何收集、使用和保护你的信息。使用本扩展即表示你同意本政策。

This policy explains how the PanGrab Pro browser extension and its backend service (“we”, “us”) collect, use, and protect your information. By using the extension you agree to this policy.

1. 我们收集的信息 / Information we collect

账号信息 / Account

• 电子邮箱与密码。密码以 bcrypt 加盐哈希方式存储，我们无法看到你的明文密码。 — Email and password. Passwords are stored salted & hashed (bcrypt); we never see your plaintext password.

登录与安全记录 / Login & security

• 登录/注册时的 IP 地址、由 IP 离线推断的大致地区（国家/城市）、登录次数与时间。用于账号安全与异常登录识别。 — IP address at login/registration, approximate region (country/city) derived offline from the IP, login count and timestamps. Used for account security.

会员与订单 / Membership & orders

• 会员到期时间、订单记录（套餐、金额、支付渠道、交易号）、兑换码使用记录。 — Membership expiry, order records (plan, amount, payment channel, transaction id), and redemption-code usage.

云同步数据（仅 Pro，且由你主动开启）/ Cloud sync data (Pro, opt-in)

• 当你开启云同步时，你在扩展中收藏的内容会上传到你的账号：链接、标题、备注、标签、提取码、封面图地址等。仅你本人登录后可访问。 — When you enable cloud sync, the items you save (links, titles, notes, tags, extraction codes, cover image URLs) are uploaded to your account and accessible only to you.

2. 我们不收集的信息 / What we do NOT collect

• 本扩展在本地页面上识别网盘/磁力链接。未开启云同步时，你的收藏只保存在本机浏览器，不会上传。 — The extension detects cloud-drive/magnet links locally. Without cloud sync enabled, your saved items stay in your local browser and are not uploaded.
• 我们不收集你的浏览历史，不做用户画像，不投放广告，不出售或出租你的任何数据。 — We do not collect browsing history, build profiles, serve ads, or sell/rent your data.

3. 信息如何使用 / How we use information

• 提供账号登录、会员校验、云同步与售后支持。 — To provide login, membership verification, cloud sync, and customer support.
• 保障账号与服务安全（如识别异常登录）。 — To keep accounts and the service secure.

4. 第三方服务 / Third-party services

购买会员时，支付由以下第三方处理，我们不接触也不存储你的完整卡号等支付凭证：

Payments are handled by the following third parties. We do not receive or store your full card details:

• 支付宝 Alipay — 中国大陆用户付款。 Payments for users in mainland China.
• Payoneer — 海外用户付款（通过付款请求 / Request a Payment）。 International payments via Payoneer’s “Request a Payment”.
• Lemon Squeezy — 海外自助付款（若启用）。 Self-serve international checkout, if enabled.

请参阅各支付方的隐私政策了解其数据处理方式。Please refer to each provider’s own privacy policy for their data practices.

5. 数据存储与安全 / Storage & security

• 数据存储在我们自有的服务器数据库中，所有接口通过 HTTPS 传输。 — Data is stored in our own server database; all API traffic is served over HTTPS.
• 密码经 bcrypt 哈希处理；登录凭证使用有时效的令牌（Token）。 — Passwords are bcrypt-hashed; sessions use expiring tokens.

6. 数据保留与删除 / Retention & deletion

在你使用服务期间我们会保留你的账号数据。你可随时通过下方邮箱申请删除账号及其关联的同步数据；我们将在合理时间内处理。

We retain your account data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated sync data at any time via the email below; we will process it within a reasonable time.

7. 儿童 / Children

本服务不面向未满 14 周岁的儿童，我们不会有意收集其信息。This service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. 政策变更 / Changes

本政策如有更新，将在本页公布并更新“最后更新”日期。Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
